2023 is underway and things are MOVING FAST! You're invited to a Sunday reset session to realign, reflect, and recharge your internal battery for the year. Give yourself the gift of self reflection and community support.
Yoga will be led by Amin B, followed by a communal journaling session. Herbal Tea blends will be provided before and after practice for warm and cozy vibes. This is an ALL LEVELS yoga class, with oppurtunities to challenge yourself and your yoga practice.
You'll need to bring the following:
1. yoga mat
2. water
3. journal and pen
