FEMME FRIDAY: Sensuality and Movement

Looking to reconnect with your sexy sensual self? Looking to learn to feel safe and free in your body? Looking to boost confidence? This is the perfct class for you. Cammy Nicole and Amin B have teamed up to create the perfect movement experience for you. This class will focus on the sacral chakra to boose creativity, sensuality, sexuality and confidence. 

Guest instructor: Cammy Nicole is a Healing Artist, Dance Educator, Choreographer, and Energy Healing Channel dedicated to being of service to others by sharing reiki + teaching dance and movement as a healing modality

Early arrival is suggested because parrking in pilsen is pretty hard. BRING A FRIEND! Bring water, wear something comfortable yet confidence boosting, dancable heels are encouraged but NOT mandatory.
